At Joo052, our food is intentionally designed to be experienced with drinks.

So we created something new—a non-alcoholic pairing that holds the same depth, dimension, and intention as wine.
Crafted by Head Sommelier Jaehyun Shim, also the founder of the non-alcoholic brand HAVN,our current pairing flight includes seven courses of housemade, alcohol-free beveragesdesigned to engage the palate in thoughtful, unexpected ways.
Among them:• Milk-washed apple juice with layered clarity and roundness• Butter-infused grape juice with a velvety finish• And the uniquely Korean take on a Bloody Mary—“Bloody Soonja”, spiced, savory, and familiar in all the right ways
These drinks don’t carry the weight of alcohol—but they absolutely carry weight.They are light but never shallow,unexpected but magnetic.Each one is developed with as much care and pairing logic as any wine or sake,designed to align with the temperature, texture, and trajectory of each course.
